It's Not About Perfect - It's About Effort

Consistency is freaking hard! One day I’m motivated and the next day I’m burnt out.
So here are 5 tips to help stay motivated to exercise that I researched for myself, and for anyone else who needs it:
1. Set realistic goals- start with simple and long term 👣
2. Make it a friend meetup 👯
3. Change your perspective 👀
4. Trick yourself into going a little longer or farther- listen to the voice that says “I can do this” 💪🏼
5. Wash your hair only on days you work out 😉- forces you to work out at least every few days or maybe every week for some😝
